Kvas Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup

The original simple syrup from Niagara’s Kvas Fine Beverage Co, Ginger Wildflower, mixes real ginger root, with wildflower honey from B-Y’s Honey Farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The addition of green tea and cardamom provides depth and complexity. Floral notes from the wildflower honey is complemented with a long ginger finish.

Excellent with all spirits, along with tea, salad dressings and glazes.
